For doctors who run their own blog

Followers who book, not just like

One link in your bio. Instead of “send me a DM” the person takes a short intake test, and you get a complete request: what troubles them, how urgent it is and where to start the conversation.

No card required. Setup takes about 15 minutes.

Patient data is encrypted

Contacts, answers and lab results are stored encrypted, and every access is written to the log.

Stored in Europe

The database and the lab files live in a European region, not “somewhere overseas”.

Patients' money goes to you

Payments arrive straight at your own checkout. The service never touches them and takes no cut.

Sound familiar?

The audience is there, the bookings are not

It is not about the number of followers. It is that between “interesting” and “booked” there are too many steps, and people get lost on them.

Today

“Send me a DM” — and then dozens of identical questions you answer by hand between appointments.

With Doclink

The person takes the intake test and tells you the important things themselves. The request arrives with the answers already in it.

Today

Requests drown in the chat. Who is new, who is waiting, who you already replied to — all of it lives in your head.

With Doclink

Every request in one list: the newest on top, worrying answers highlighted, a draft reply right next to them.

Today

A booking takes five messages to agree on, and then half of them do not show up.

With Doclink

The patient picks a free slot in your calendar. Reminders go out without you.

Today

What the blog actually brings in is anyone's guess. The numbers are collected by hand, or not at all.

With Doclink

The whole path is visible: page views, test completions, requests, bookings and payments. On one screen.

The patient's path

From follower to a paid appointment

Four steps that run by themselves while you see patients.

  1. 1

    A page that introduces you

One link in your bio: who you are, what you help with, a welcome video, your materials and services.

  2. 2

    The intake test

Short, one question at a time, instead of a form. The person gets a careful pointer, you get their contact and consent.

  3. 3

    A request with context

The card shows the answers, highlights the worrying ones and offers a draft of your first message.

  4. 4

    Booking and payment

The patient picks a time and pays a deposit if you ask for one. Reminders and the follow-up run automatically.

The cabinet

Everything a practice needs, in one place

Without a dozen tabs, spreadsheets and notes to self.

Public page

Photo, description, social links, video, gallery and your own links. Changed without a developer.

Test builder

Build your own test or take a ready one from 20 fields. You set the weights and thresholds, not an algorithm.

Requests

A queue with risky answers highlighted, private notes and a fast way to reach the person in their channel.

Calendar and bookings

Day, week, month and list. Working hours, buffers, rescheduling and a waiting list.

Patient card

Visit history, test answers, lab results, payments and a hint about the next step.

AI analysis of lab results

Reads the values from a photo or a PDF and prepares an analysis with flags. It is a hint for the doctor, not a diagnosis.

Payments and sales

An invoice for a consultation, guides for sale, a deposit at booking. The money goes to your own checkout.

Funnel analytics

You see exactly where people drop off: on the page, on a particular test question, or right before booking.

Tasks and reminders

Preparation before the appointment, follow-up after it, a nudge for those who did not book. Nothing gets lost.

What it actually costs

One extra patient a month and the service has paid for itself

Do the maths with your own numbers: the subscription costs less than a single online consultation with most doctors.

This is not a promise of a stream of patients. It is the line below which the service stops being an expense: if the blog brings in even one person a month, the subscription is already covered, and everything above that is your earnings.

Questions

What people usually ask

Do I need a website of my own?
No. Your Doclink page is that website — it is the link you put in your Instagram, Telegram or TikTok bio.
How long does the setup take?
About 15 minutes. You pick your field, and the service creates the page and a ready test for it. You can rewrite the text to sound like you whenever you have time.
Where does the patients' money go?
Straight to you: you connect your own checkout or a payment link. The service takes no part in that flow and keeps no percentage. You only pay the subscription.
Is it safe to keep patient data here?
Contacts, test answers and lab files are stored encrypted, every access to them is written to the log, and the database and files sit in a European region. The patient gives separate consent before leaving any data.
Does the service make diagnoses?
No, and that is a matter of principle. The test gives a careful pointer with a visible “preliminary, not a diagnosis” notice, and the AI analysis of lab results is a hint for the doctor listing what is worth a look. The decision is always yours.
What if I do not want a test at all? I only need bookings.
That works too. The test can be switched off, and patients book through a direct link to your calendar.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing disappears. The cabinet switches to view-only: you still see every patient and the whole history, but you do not create anything new. Your public page and patient booking keep working, because the people already on their way to you should not suffer over a missed payment.
Can I try it without a card?
Yes. 7 days of access, no payment details needed. The trial includes 3 AI analyses — enough to see how it works. The full 100 a month unlock when you pay. If it does not suit you, simply do not continue.
I am not a blogging doctor, I have an ordinary practice. Will it fit?
It will, if you consult online and want booking and payment in one place. But the service gives the most to those who already have an audience: it turns that audience into a flow of patients.
