About us
Doclink grew out of a simple observation: doctors with an audience have people's trust, but no tool that turns that trust into bookings.
The problem we solve
A doctor keeps a blog, explains complicated things in plain words, gathers thousands of followers. And then the manual work begins: «send me a DM», dozens of identical questions between appointments, requests drowning in the chat, five messages to agree on a time, and half of the people never showing up.
The audience does not go anywhere in the meantime. It is simply that between «interesting» and «booked» there are too many steps, and people get lost on them.
What we believe
- The service does not treat anyone. It makes no diagnoses and does not replace the doctor. The test gives a careful pointer, the AI analysis gives a hint to the specialist. The decision always belongs to the person with the medical degree.
- Patient data is not merchandise. We put no advertising pixels on public pages and hand no data to ad networks. A person's medical concern has no business inside targeting systems.
- The doctor's money is the doctor's. Patient payments go straight to the doctor's own checkout, past us. We earn from the subscription, not from a cut of someone else's appointment.
- The patient is not to blame for the doctor's missed payment. Even when the subscription is unpaid, the public page and booking keep working.
Where we are now
The service is young: we launched in 2026 and deliberately publish no invented figures about thousands of doctors. What already works can be checked — have a look at the homepage, or open the showcase doctor's page and take the test yourself.
We are building the product together with our first doctors: if something is missing for you, write to us — it is the fastest way to influence what comes next.
